Position Overview:
Hiring an experienced Sterile Processing Production Technician to support loaner and consignment tray workflow operations in a high-volume sterile processing environment in Long Beach, CA.
This role supports surgical tray tracking, sterilization coordination, and production workflow efficiency.
Schedule:
- Day shift.
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Monday–Friday.
- 40 hours weekly guaranteed.

- Minimum 2 years sterile processing experience required.
- Experience with loaner and consignment trays required.
- CRCST or CSPDT certification required.
Experience with:
- Instrument tracking systems.
- Sterilization workflow coordination.

- Vendor tray coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect loaner trays.
- Verify tray contents before sterilization.
- Track tray movement throughout processing cycle.
- Support production workflow priorities.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and SPD leadership.
- Assist with instrument flow logistics.
- Support compliance with sterilization standards.
