Position Overview:

Hiring an experienced Sterile Processing Production Technician to support loaner and consignment tray workflow operations in a high-volume sterile processing environment in Long Beach, CA.

This role supports surgical tray tracking, sterilization coordination, and production workflow efficiency.

Schedule:

Day shift.
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Monday–Friday.
40 hours weekly guaranteed.

Minimum Requirements: (PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING).

Minimum 2 years sterile processing experience required.
Experience with loaner and consignment trays required.
CRCST or CSPDT certification required.

Experience with:

Instrument tracking systems.
Sterilization workflow coordination.
Tray verification processes.
Documentation accuracy standards.
Vendor tray coordination.

Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect loaner trays.
Verify tray contents before sterilization.
Track tray movement throughout processing cycle.
Support production workflow priorities.
Maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and SPD leadership.
Assist with instrument flow logistics.
Support compliance with sterilization standards.
